Diagnosis
Posterior one-half of mesoscutum and anterior one-third of scutellum bright orange-yellow; fore wing speculum open below; vertex with grooves as in galbina; coxae yellowish-brown. Similar to piperigena but with gaster and last gastral tergite longer.
